During the last 15 years, Vishnu Naidu has been employed in several consultancy and functional roles with a logistics focus. He brings to the supply chain consultancy field the hands-on approach of an applied engineering degree. Vishnu's consultancy assignments have been for both large and small companies. The work undertaken is primarily on inventory management, warehousing and distribution centre design plus transport strategy development and outsourcing.

Industry sectors in which he has worked include fast moving consumer goods such as route distribution and grocery, distribution, automotive, pharmaceutical, petroleum and building supplies.

The success of Vishnu's engagements is his hands-on approach to solutions and recommendations, which are practical and can be implemented to gain the benefits.

During recent engagements Vishnu has led and complex projects for a variety of multinational organisations. These have included managing tasks and working with senior management to achieve best results.

Vishnu is now a valued member of the Henderson team and is based in the Melbourne office. He has broadened his experience through several overseas assignments with Vector SCM consultancy group. Vishnu is a current member of the Logistics Association of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Applied Engineering Degree from Monash University.
