Henderson Logistics is a fully independent Australian based firm comprised of specialist advisers in all aspects of supply chain management, including warehouse logistics and design. From our offices in Sydney and Melbourne we conduct projects throughout Australia and New Zealand. |
What We Do !
We design new distribution centres and manufacturing configurations plus we develop upgrades of existing facilities. These relate to warehousing layout, installations, materials handling systems, workforce productivity and other aspects to maximise utilisation. We also carry out distribution strategy studies, transport assessments, outsourcing options and other warehouse design and supply chain solutions.

Our reputation has been developed over many years in performance of projects across Australia and New Zealand. We have worked in every industry where there is storage and movement of materials, componentry, product and general goods.
